A walk on surfaces suitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs and walking aids
A walk on flat or on low level inclines
A walk with no or limited obstacles such as steps and stiles
Walks targeted at inactive people
A walk where the pace and length of the walks are planned to suit the pace of the walkers, so that all
walkers can walk at their own pace.

Longer 'health walks', as above, but over 2 miles
A walk led by 2 walk leaders, one at the front and one at the back. Both play a key role in managing the 'health walk'.
